Buyer’s Guide & Order Terms
Thank you for choosing us as your business partner. To ensure a smooth transaction and timely delivery, please review our standard ordering process and trading terms below.
- Order Confirmation & Payment Terms
We offer two secure financing methods to initiate and complete your order. Both methods require an upfront deposit to secure your production slot:
- Method A: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
- Deposit: A 30% down paymentis required within 48 hours after signing the Proforma Invoice (PI).
- Balance: The remaining 70% balancemust be paid within 7 days upon presenting the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
- Method B: Combined T/T & L/C
- Deposit: A 30% down payment via T/Tis required within 48 hours after signing the Proforma Invoice (PI).
- Balance: The remaining 70% balancemust be covered by an Irrevocable L/C at Sight.
- Note: The L/C draft must be sent to us for review and approval before official issuance.
- Packaging Materials Supply
To keep production on schedule, buyers must provide all customized packaging artwork or physical packaging materials within 2 weeks (14 days) after order confirmation.
- Security Note: Any delay in providing packaging materials will result in a day-for-day postponement of the final delivery date. The buyer shall hold sole liability for any project delays resulting from the late submission of these materials.
- Production & Delivery Lead Time
- Standard Lead Time: Our standard production and shipping window is typically within 45 days.
- Countdown Trigger: This 45-day period begins officially on the next working day after boththe 30% deposit payment is received and the L/C at sight is fully confirmed and opened.
- Order Cancellation Policy
Once the Proforma Invoice is signed, we immediately allocate raw materials and scheduling priority to your order. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced. If you must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us immediately in writing to minimize mutual losses.
- Shipping Documents & Balance Delays
- We handle all export documentation and customs clearance preparations on our side.
- Upon receiving your 100% full payment (or successful L/C negotiation), we will promptly issue a Telex Releaseor mail the Original Bill of Lading (B/L) based on your instruction.
- Risk Control Notice: For T/T orders, if the buyer fails to pay the 70% balance within 14 days after the B/L copy is provided, the buyer will be held fully responsible for any demurrage, detention, or storage charges incurred at the destination port. We reserve the right to dispose of the cargo to cover our losses if the balance remains unpaid past the port free-time period.
